Lilly is constructing a major Houston-based API manufacturing facility. The Learning Architect will design and maintain platform curriculum within COE standards, partnering with SMEs and platform leads to ensure GMP-compliant training content across Global/Platform/Site layers.

The role focuses on platform-level design, governance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with cross-time-zone collaboration. Houston site-based with travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; regulated environment experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GxP, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with curriculum design and LMS systems.
• Ability to collaborate across QA, Operations and Engineering.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain platform-specific curriculum across the GMQLD model.
• Partner with SMEs and COE to ensure content is current and compliant.
• Coordinate with Platform Leads on L&D strategy and site needs.
• Support continuous improvement and qualification optimization.
• Represent platform in governance reviews and audits.
