Eli Lilly and Company in Indianapolis is seeking a Learning Architect to design and maintain platform-wide training for the GMQLD team. The LA collaborates with Platform Leads, site SMEs and COE to ensure content reflects current manufacturing processes and global standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in a GxP environment, with strong LMS experience, GMP training knowledge, and ability to work across multiple sites and time zones.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in a GxP environment.
• Experience with curriculum design, learning management systems, and GMP training requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Design platform-specific curriculum within COE governance frameworks and global standards.
• Partner with site SMEs and Platform Leads to ensure training content is current, compliant, and aligned to manufacturing process needs.
• Collaborate with COE for standards, governance, and cross-platform alignment.
• Support Time to Qualification optimization and OJT standardization across platform sites.
