Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields with focus on regulated pharma/manufacturing environments.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; Lilly will not sponsor.
• Master's degree in Learning Sciences or related fields preferred.
• Experience influencing senior management, regulators, or external partners on key decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global high‑performance L&D team across platforms and sites.
• Serve as primary L&D leader aligning with global strategies and local needs.
• Drive learning strategies and execution across platforms with analytics for impact.
• Measure learning effectiveness using data analytics and real‑time metrics.
