Job summary

This role focuses on multi-tenant SaaS design, AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, and reliability during live events. You will work across web, API, and mobile, and help mentor the team and document architecture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and running production software.
• Deep experience in .NET and TypeScript/React.
• Production React Native or Expo experience.
• Strong grasp of multi-tenant SaaS data isolation and security.
• Hands-on AWS operations and debugging outages.
• Experience integrating Stripe, offline-first designs, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Own production and fix performance during live events.
• Define cross-platform architecture across web, API, and mobile.
• Triage backlog and improve secrets management, authorization defaults, and redundancy.
• Harden releases with tests, gates, and monitoring.
• Set coding standards, documentation, and onboarding for new engineers.
