Job summary

HighGround seeks an Asbestos & Environmental Services Manager to lead platform-wide operations across multiple restoration brands. You will build scalable operating systems, standardized SOPs, and KPI-driven decision tools, while ensuring regulatory compliance and profitability in asbestos and environmental services.

The role requires hands-on asbestos experience transitioning to business leadership, strong cross-brand collaboration, and the ability to influence without direct reporting

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership in asbestos abatement or environmental remediation operations.
• Hands-on asbestos abatement experience before moving into leadership.
• Current or previously held EPA/NESHAP-recognized asbestos certifications such as AHERA Building Inspector, Asbestos Supervisor/Contractor/Supervisor, Project Monitor, Management Planner.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Brand General Managers to improve operational performance across brands and drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to improve performance.
• Own planning, budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, and profitability initiatives.
• Analyze performance and implement actions to improve productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial results.
• Support environmental service line expansion and acquisition integration.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and estimation standards across brands.
• Build KPI dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI and other BI platforms.
• Provide subject matter expertise on asbestos abatement and environmental remediation operations.
• Coach and mentor leaders, support recruitment and leadership development.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA/NESHAP compliance and establish standardized compliance practices across brands.
