Job summary

HighGround seeks an Asbestos & Environmental Services Manager to build and standardize services across its restoration brands. You will lead across multiple markets, evolving SOPs, and drive profitability with KPI dashboards and disciplined operations.

The role requires hands-on asbestos abatement background, regulatory expertise, and ability to influence leaders without direct reporting lines. This is a platform-level leadership position across the HighGround portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading asbestos abatement or environmental remediation ops.
• Hands-on asbestos abatement experience before moving to leadership.
• EPA/NESHAP asbestos certifications or eligible for renewal.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/ EPA regulations and licensing rules.
• Experience driving KPI dashboards, budgeting, forecasting, P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-brand operational performance for asbestos and environmental services.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and scalable systems across markets.
• Own planning, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and profitability initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across locations.
• Mentor leaders, support recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning.
