Job summary

HighGround is seeking an experienced Asbestos & Environmental Services Manager to lead platform-wide operations across its restoration brands.

You will build scalable systems, standardize best practices, and improve profitability while expanding asbestos services across markets. The role partners with Brand General Managers and executives to drive performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This senior position requires a proven track record in field operations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading field-based operations in restoration, environmental services, or related service organizations.
• Ownership of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance.
• Experience leading multiple branches, regions, or dispersed teams.
• Proven track record developing SOPs, playbooks, and standardized processes.
• Strong KPI usage to improve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience coaching leaders and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Brand General Managers to improve operational performance across multiple brands.
• Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational excellence within environmental services.
• Monitor business performance using KPIs, dashboards, and financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategies, and profitability initiatives.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions for consistency and efficiency.
• Support service-line expansion and acquisition integration across the HighGround portfolio.
• Develop and maintain the Asbestos-in-a-Box operating playbook and standardized SOPs.
• Create standardized workflows and project management processes.
• Develop KPI reporting and dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
