Job summary

HighGround is seeking an Asbestos & Environmental Services Manager to lead and standardize asbestos and environmental services across our portfolio of restoration brands. This platform-level role partners with Brand General Managers and executive leadership to build scalable operating systems, SOPs, and KPI-driven improvements.

You will drive profitability, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor leaders across multiple markets while expanding environmental services and supporting acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership in asbestos abatement or environmental remediation operations.
• Hands-on asbestos abatement experience before moving into leadership.
• EPA/NESHAP and OSHA asbestos regulatory knowledge; state licensing where applicable.
• Experience leading multiple offices/regions and developing SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance across multiple brands and markets.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and standardized workflows for profitability.
• Build KPI dashboards and reporting tools to drive decision making.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support growth/acquisitions.
