HighGround seeks an Asbestos & Environmental Services Manager to build, scale, and standardize asbestos and environmental services across multiple restoration brands. This platform-level role advances from hands-on abatement into strategic operational leadership, partnering with Brand General Managers and executives to drive KPI-driven profitability and regulatory compliance across markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership in asbestos abatement or environmental remediation operations.
• Hands-on asbestos abatement experience prior to leadership.
• Current or previous EPA/NESHAP asbestos certifications; AHERA Building Inspector/Asbestos Supervisor/Contractor/Supervisor/Project Monitor.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA asbestos regulations and regulatory licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Brand General Managers to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational excellence across brands.
• Develop and maintain standardized SOPs, pricing, scheduling, and project controls across markets.
• Build KPI dashboards and reporting tools; implement scalable systems for consistency and profitability.
• Lead environmental services expansion, licensing compliance, and risk management across locations.
