Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Platform Integrity Analyst (Starlink) to detect, disrupt, and investigate potential misuse while protecting customer privacy.

You will develop detection strategies, respond to scams and fraud, and partner with cross‑functional teams to uphold compliance and security. Based in Bastrop, TX, this on‑site role requires travel, flexibility for extended hours, and a rigorous approach to safeguarding systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of professional experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations; OR 6+ years of professional experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations in lieu of a degree.
• 4+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), geospatial tools (e.g., ArcGIS), and/or statistical software (e.g., R).
• 4+ years of experience investigating, mitigating, or dealing with illicit operators (e.g., fraud, abuse, cybersecurity, or other illicit activities).

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks.
• Develop technical detection and mitigation strategies.
• React to investigate potential issues such as scams, fraud, and illicit goods/activities.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and deepen our relationships with them.
• Conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations.
• Execute with consideration for customer privacy, targeting activities of indisputable harm and avoiding overreach.
