Job summary

Super Dispatch, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead two squads (Platform and Integrations) reporting to the CTO. You’ll set technical and product direction, drive delivery, and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on when needed.

You’ll own the technical roadmap, manage cross-team dependencies with product and partners, and maintain system reliability with infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability emphasis. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced English skills (speaking and writing) at a professional level.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams of 10–15 people; dual-team leadership is a plus.
• 5+ years software development experience as an IC engineer; hands-on with Java, Python, or Golang.
• Product management experience: owning roadmaps and prioritizing with stakeholders.
• DevOps/infrastructure experience (cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring).
• Lean/Agile management practices with delivery of large projects in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Own platform and integrations roadmaps and drive delivery across two squads.
• Turn requirements into well-scoped work and set delivery milestones.
• Ensure SDLC health, unblock bottlenecks, and maintain high-quality code reviews and testing.
