Super Dispatch, Inc. is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to guide two squads and own the technical roadmap for our freight and logistics platform.

You will stay hands-on in code while coaching growth, running 1:1s, and managing hiring in a remote-first, distributed team. 3+ years leading 10-15 developers, plus 5+ years as an IC in Java, Python, or Go, are expected.

• 3+ years leading 10-15 developers
• 5+ years individual contributor in Java/Python/Go
