Job summary

Waabi is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager for Platform Integration to orchestrate cross-functional hardware, software and systems programs. You will align embedded software, autonomy, safety, and operations across cadences to ensure on-time delivery.

The role demands a self-starter who builds processes from scratch, champions governance, and communicates clearly with executives and engineering teams. Competitive compensation is paired with equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management with cross-functional hardware, software and systems integration.
• Experience across teams with meaningfully different cadences (robotics, autonomous vehicles, IoT, or defense).
• Ability to build cross-functional program structure from scratch: dependency maps, risk registries, executive reporting, and milestone tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive and working-level reviews.
• Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or ADAS.
• Hands-on experience with program tracking tools like Jira, Asana and Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve program visibility, reduce manual overhead, or accelerate decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain integrated platform program plans covering milestones, dependencies, and on-time delivery.
• Capture stakeholder inputs and integrate into plans before design commitments lock in.
• Build and enforce dependency maps across Hardware, Software, Systems, Safety, and Ops with owners and ETAs.
• Own reporting into executive forums and surface risks with data-backed Path to Green options.
• Track system VnV and test campaigns; ensure sign-off readiness and milestone alignment.
• Build cross-functional roadmaps giving hardware, software, and autonomy shared line of sight on interdependencies.
• Champion tools to capture the single source of truth for program work.
• Build scalable tracking mechanisms and processes that scale to fleet level.
