Job summary

Waabi, led by Raquel Urtasun, is building a scalable platform to advance autonomous transportation. The Lead Technical Program Manager – Platform Integration will own program-level execution across platform programs, uniting hardware, embedded software, autonomy, safety, and operations.

You will craft integrated plans, manage cross-functional roadmaps, and surface risks with data-backed options. The role demands strong communication, a hands-on approach to tooling, and a bias for structured

Qualifications

• At least 6+ years in technical program management for hardware, software and systems integration.
• Experience coordinating teams with different development cadences (robotics, AVs, industrial automation, IoT, or defense).
• Ability to build program structure from scratch: dependency maps, risk registries, executive reporting, milestone tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to executives and facilitate reviews within a week.
• Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or ADAS.
• Hands-on with Jira, Asana, and MS Project.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve program visibility and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain integrated platform program plans with milestones, dependencies, and on-time delivery.
• Capture stakeholder inputs and integrate into plans before design commitments lock in.
• Build cross‑functional dependency maps and assign owners/ETAs.
• Own executive reporting with data-backed Path to Green options.
• Track system VnV and test campaigns, ensuring coverage and milestone alignment.
• Create roadmaps giving hardware, software, and autonomy a shared line of sight.
• Champion tools as the single source of truth for program work.
• Develop scalable tracking mechanisms for fleet-scale programs.
