Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a TPM, PM, or lead engineer managing complex, deeply technical programs.
• Experience spanning both engineering/R&D and operational environments.
• Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity, build structure, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical foundation for architecture reviews and evaluating trade-offs with HW/SW engineers.

Responsibilities

• Cross‑Functional program leadership aligning Engineering, Operations, Solutions, Product, and GTM.
• End‑to‑end lifecycle ownership of complex programs with schedules and risk mitigation.
• Create and maintain a single source of truth for program status; provide regular updates to executives.
• Navigate ambiguity and chart paths with incomplete data; establish processes where none exist.
• Hands‑on approach to hardware release schedules, sprint planning, and data auditing as needed.
• Design scalable frameworks and cadences to optimize Eng and Ops collaboration.
