Lila Sciences in Cambridge, MA is hiring a Platform Program Manager to own the Physical AI infrastructure program, coordinating across engineering teams to turn the platform roadmap into a sequenced, dependency-aware plan.

You'll own reliability and scalability programs, define SLOs, conduct launch-readiness reviews, manage capacity planning, and maintain a living risk register while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders to keep delivery on track.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of technical program management for platform or infrastructure software.
• Managing cross-team dependencies and risk registers on multi-quarter programs.
• Hands-on with SLOs, launch readiness, capacity planning, or release/incident processes.
• Engage backend, platform/SRE, and QA engineers on real trade-offs.
• Proven ability to drive delivery across teams you don’t manage.
• Translate complex technical topics to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Physical AI Platform roadmap with milestones and owners.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and surface blockers to prevent slips.
• Own reliability and scalability programs including SLOs and capacity planning.
• Track risk end to end with a living risk register and incident follow-through.
• Align stakeholders on scope and trade-offs to keep teams informed.
• Coordinate releases to ensure predictable launches.
• Raise operational rigor with rituals, escalation paths, and decision records.
