Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Typically 7 years of experience evaluating internal information systems and serving as the interface between operational and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of information technology applications in health delivery and risk management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and strategic thinking.
• Ability to influence, lead teams, and manage across IT and business units.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with clinical or operational leadership to identify strategic IT opportunities that improve healthcare delivery.
• Develops business cases and requirements to solve technology-related business problems and leads projects with risk and complexity.
• Builds partnerships between IT and operations and senior leadership; manages expectations and ROI-based value propositions.
• Manages IT pipeline and demand management; communicates strategy and future directions to clinical and business teams.
• Analyzes portfolio initiatives and defines outcomes, tracking benefits and performance metrics.
