Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Director to lead the Product GTM & Growth Strategy for the Platform Portfolio.

You will design growth frameworks, oversee executive reporting, and guide a team of analysts and managers who power portfolio decisions across multiple product families. You’ll partner with Product, Sales and Finance to shape investment priorities, drive post‑sale adoption, and ensure alignment with ELT and Board expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, GTM, product operations, management consulting, or finance.
• Strong executive communication skills with experience advising C-suite.
• 5+ years of people leadership across multiple levels.
• SaaS or high-tech industry experience required.
• Undergraduate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the platform portfolio growth framework.
• Drive strategic initiatives including post-acquisition growth strategy.
