Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Platform Experience Product Manager based in the United States to lead a unified platform across multiple SaaS products, focusing on seamless customer journeys and reduced friction. You will partner with UX, Engineering, and Architecture to translate business needs into actionable specs and drive measurable outcomes.

You will own roadmaps, collaborate across teams in an Agile setting, and engage customers to validate requirements, ensuring scalable, secure platform

Qualifications

• Five+ years of product management experience in SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
• Ability to translate business and user needs into detailed technical specifications.
• Experience collaborating with UX, Engineering, Architecture, and Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform experience strategy across multiple products for unified customer journeys.
• Collaborate with commercial strategy, product development, engineering and UX to align priorities.
• Translate objectives into engineering-ready specifications with security, scalability, and deployment considerations.
• Manage lifecycle from ideation to launch with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize roadmaps across teams to maximize customer and business value.
• Ensure design and consistency across apps and platforms in an Agile environment.
• Use data and KPIs to guide decisions and measure release success.
• Engage customers and partners to validate requirements and address real-world needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform capabilities and interoperability.
