Siena AI is seeking a highly capable engineer to own hard problems end to end, from tracing issues to automating durable fixes. You’ll debug AI agents and prompts, diagnose whether failures are from prompts, KB, config, or model, and ship runbooks to prevent recurrence.

You’ll surface patterns to Product with metrics and raise the team’s floor with scalable solutions. You will join a fully distributed team, with a strong emphasis on ownership, autonomy, and shipping impactful work that reaches

• You solve problems end to end for customers with real context.
• You are fluent with AI agents and prompts and modern LLM workflows.
• You automate fixes to prevent recurrence and improve reliability.

• Own hard problems end to end: trace, reproduce, fix with a clean repro, or guide faster resolution.
• Debug agents and prompts; determine whether issues come from prompts, KB, config, or model.
• Ship runbooks/tools to stop recurrence for every fix.
• Surface patterns to Product with data-backed insights.
• Raise the team's floor by sharing scalable solutions.
• Escalate genuine product bugs with a clean reproduction when needed.
• Within 90 days, identify top recurring failures and address root causes.
