Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Director of Platform Engineering and Tools to lead our Platform Engineering and DevOps efforts. The role reports to the VP, Platform Operations and partners with Application, Data, and AI teams to establish a scalable technical foundation that accelerates product delivery for healthcare payors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with significant software engineering/platform experience.
• 10 years of relevant experience in software engineering, infrastructure, or platform.
• 6 years of people management with direct reports.
• Experience leading DevSecOps and cloud transformations with CI/CD tooling and GitOps.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure automation.
• Ability to translate technical strategy into business value and lead across senior leadership.
• Preferred advanced degree and multi-team leadership experience.
