Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Senior Director of Platform Product Management to build and lead a compact, high-trust product team for our DET platform. You will define how the platform decides what to build, set priorities, and translate platform needs into a sequenced roadmap, working closely with EDD engineers to ship.

This builder role demands deep technical credibility and strategic influence; you will drive adoption, own the narrative of value to partner teams, mentor PMs, and communicate

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with 4+ in platform or developer products.
• Experience driving developer productivity or tooling.
• Hands-on depth in cloud infrastructure, hosting/compute, CI/CD, data/telemetry, and real-time ML.
• Proven intake and roadmap discipline across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong executive storytelling to explain tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the platform product function and intake funnel.
• Consolidate initiatives into a single ruthlessly sequenced roadmap.
• Partner with engineering across hosting, CI/CD, AI control plane, telemetry.
• Drive adoption milestones with internal teams and partners.
• Mentor PMs and scale the platform product team.
• Translate complex technical tradeoffs into clear executive narratives.
