Job summary
DTN is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the platform engineering team responsible for the Operational Decisioning Platform (ODP). This hands-on role combines people leadership, technical direction, and platform delivery to enable developers to build data products and AI-powered tools on a secure, scalable cloud foundation.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership at senior levels.
- Experience shipping and operating production software systems.
- Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop engineers across levels.
- Experience building platform capability for other teams (APIs, SDKs, CLIs).
- Familiarity with AWS cloud-native architecture and multi-account security.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a platform engineering team for the DTN ODP.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in architecture and tradeoffs.
- Define and drive platform adoption, developer experience and documentation.
- Oversee security, reliability, and operational excellence of platform services.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Product, and Field teams to align roadmaps.
