Job summary

DTN is seeking a Platform Engineer to build and evolve the foundational cloud-native capabilities of our Operational Decisioning Platform. You will own developer-facing APIs, SDKs, CLIs, module framework, and managed services, collaborating with senior engineers for guidance and mentorship.

This role emphasizes AWS cloud-native infrastructure, distributed systems, and platform engineering, offering growth toward a senior engineering role while delivering reliable, observable services.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience developing and shipping production software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to independently deliver moderately complex software features from development through deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy platform features from planning through production delivery.
• Develop and extend developer-facing APIs, SDKs, CLIs, and managed platform capabilities.
• Write and maintain infrastructure-as-code configurations for platform services.
• Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews.
