Job summary

Twenty seeks a Senior Platform Manager to lead the Platform Team—owning the enterprise capabilities, shared UI framework, and infrastructure underpinning Twenty's product. You will guide a growing team across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, shaping the technical roadmap and partnering with product leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3–5 years of engineering management experience with on-time delivery.
• Led cross-disciplinary teams and managed engineers across seniority levels.
• Broad technical breadth across modern web platforms and backend services.
• Owned a technical roadmap and prioritization under constraints.
• Built or maintained platform or shared-service capabilities used by other teams.
• Track record of developing ICs with coaching and growth.
• Eligible to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cross-disciplinary team of engineers spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Own the technical roadmap; partner with Product Manager on the product roadmap.
• Run projects end-to-end; set timelines, resolve blockers, and keep the team moving.
• Guide architecture and technical decisions to keep systems coherent, secure, and scalable.
• Establish engineering quality standards: design reviews, testing discipline, docs, security practices.
• Define and maintain interfaces and shared capabilities used by feature teams.
• Hire, onboard, and develop engineers; provide feedback and growth plans.
• Run structured hiring end-to-end: define bar, interview process, debriefs, close candidates.
• Collaborate with feature teams to ensure platform capabilities meet needs.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and communicate timelines, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Occasionally contribute hands-on—code review or debugging when needed.
