Job summary

Power Design is seeking a Platform Engineering Manager to lead the transformation of IT Infrastructure & Operations into an engineering-led function with automation, self-service, and observability.

You will design and automate core cloud and on-prem infrastructure (Azure, AWS, OCI) while mentoring engineers, setting standards, and delivering an enterprise AIOps platform from vendor evaluation to production rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IS or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years in infrastructure/platform engineering, DevOps or SRE.
• Hands-on cloud experience and leadership across multiple platforms.
• Terraform IaC and GitOps experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation for infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Lead evaluation and rollout of observability and AIOps platforms.
• Develop dashboards and automated remediation across clouds and on‑prem.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for platform services using GitOps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to platform engineers.
