Job summary

You will drive platform strategy, architecture, and operations across Azure and on-prem environments, ensuring high availability, security, and cost efficiency while advancing CI/CD maturity and IaC practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in platform/DevOps/software engineering
• 2–3+ years managing a team
• Hands-on with CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform/ARM/Bicep
• Strong security/compliance background and ITIL experience
• Excellent communication skills—translate tech into business impact

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing platform/DevOps/SRE team
• Own platform strategy, roadmap, and SLA/ KPI delivery
• Architect and operate hybrid Azure/on-prem infrastructure
• Advance CI/CD maturity and IaC (Terraform/Bicep)
• Establish SRE practices: SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, observability
• Oversee incident response, DR, and security/compliance controls
• Run operational cadences: CAB, release reviews, retrospectives
