Job summary

OutSystems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to own and evolve the technical strategy for large multiregion platforms. You will design secure, highly available architectures and lead跨 team troubleshooting from design through production.

You will drive autonomous operations with observability, AIOps, and automation, and guide customers on safe AI agent deployment, private LLM hosting, and secure gateways. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or platform operations.
• Production experience with Kubernetes and Windows Server with IIS.
• Strong networking, load balancing, firewalls, TLS, OIDC identity providers, security hardening.
• Production administration of SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with IaC and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Flux CD, PowerShell, Bash).
• Clear, confident communication with customers and executives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for large, multiregion OutSystems infrastructures, from design through production.
• Design secure, highly available architectures covering compute, web servers, network segmentation, load balancers, firewalls, identity, databases, monitoring, backup, and DR.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex issues across the full stack and take charge when critical systems are at risk.
• Move customers to autonomous operations using observability, AIOps, and automation.
• Help customers run AI agents safely in production, including private LLM hosting and secure AI gateways.
• Build repeatable practices with Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, and scripting, turning them into reusable playbooks.
• Coach customer teams and OutSystems colleagues to operate the platform confidently.
• Advise Product Management and Engineering with field-tested requirements for deployment, scaling, and AI workloads.
