Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in tech leadership.
• Ownership of CI/CD, release engineering at scale.
• Strong Java and Python technical depth and architectural guidance.
• Proven experience with environment management and automation.
• Understanding of SDLC, versioning, and deployment patterns.
• Experience driving reliability with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in ambiguous settings.
• Collaboration with SRE, security, and risk teams.
• Hands-on platform experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
• Experience with software supply chain controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise CI/CD, release governance, and environment automation.
• Align cross-portfolio teams to build scalable pipeline frameworks and components.
• Translate needs into architecture, create reference architectures and standards.
• Define environment lifecycle management and self-service provisioning.
• Coach teams, set direction, and ensure milestones.
• Collaborate with SRE, security, and risk teams for resilience and compliance.
• Enforce release governance, artifact management, and versioning processes.
• Drive platform reliability, observability, and deployment metrics reporting.
• Modernize pipelines with automated quality gates and rollback capabilities.
• Provide hands-on leadership in Java and Python as needed, optimize build performance.
