Job summary

InterSystems is seeking an experienced engineering manager to lead Platform Engineering, overseeing the teams building internal platforms, modern build systems, developer tooling, and cloud-native infrastructure that power software development company-wide.

You will mentor engineers, drive AI-enabled capabilities to boost productivity, reliability, and delivery, align with Product and Security, and champion best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years in software/platform/DevOps fields.
• 2+ years in engineering management.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of Platform Engineering to enable faster, more secure software delivery.
• Drive modernization of build systems, CI/CD, and automation.
• Champion cloud-native architectures and IaC.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance.
