This hands-on leadership role combines architecture, coding, and production delivery across data platforms, AI tooling, security, and enterprise integrations in a cloud-first environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of production architecture.
• Experience leading architecture and development of complex platforms.
• Experience designing ontologies or data models and enterprise integrations.
• Strong full-stack background with frontend and backend expertise.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of the core technology platform.
• Build a unified data layer connecting databases, APIs, and real-time sources.
• Develop ontology and semantic models for business objects and relations.
• Create reusable frameworks for rapid development of applications.
• Establish scalable cloud architecture, observability, and reliability practices.
• Lead Forward Deployed Engineers and align engineering with business goals.
• Collaborate with executives and customers to translate needs into platform solutions.
