Job summary
Veza is seeking a visionary Director of Platform Engineering to lead our core platform organization, including the Access Graph, integrations ecosystem, and data pipeline infrastructure that connects them. This senior role shapes the technical direction across multiple teams and partners with Product, Security Engineering, SRE, and GTM to deliver scalable, secure, and AI-enabled platforms.
You will own architecture for distributed systems, drive standards for reliability and observability,
Qualifications
- 12+ years in backend or platform software engineering.
- 6+ years in senior engineering leadership across startup and enterprise SaaS.
- Experience scaling enterprise SaaS data platforms.
- Strong architectural and cross-team leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive technical vision for Veza’s platform.
- Lead multiple teams spanning graph, integrations, and data pipelines.
- Partner with Product, Security, SRE, and GTM.
- Hire and develop engineering leaders and managers.
- Ensure enterprise-grade reliability, security, and observability.
