Volta seeks a senior platform engineering leader to own the multi-tenant IaaS, bare metal management, and network stack. You will shape architecture, enable a 50+ engineer organization across US and EU, and partner with CTO and CPO to align product strategy with platform execution.

You will stay close to technology, drive reliability, and set the leadership tone for the engineering function as Volta scales its AI infrastructure platform in Palo Alto and beyond.

Qualifications

• Track record building and scaling a software engineering organization at VP or equivalent level.
