Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong experience supporting enterprise virtualization and cloud platforms.
- Hands-on VMware/ESXi administration and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes and modern container infrastructure.
- Strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
- Experience developing automation scripts and operational tooling.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure and application layers.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Ability to work with cross-functional application and infrastructure teams.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Must be available to work onsite 4 days per week.
