Job summary

AutogenAI is seeking a Software Engineer for the Platform team to work on infrastructure and developer tooling, helping the product go faster. You will join a global team of DevOps and Software Engineers, with a path toward SRE/DevOps roles.

The role focuses on US-specific hosting and FedRAMP High authorization, with onshore support in the USA and occasional travel to DC/NYC areas. You should be a backend-focused engineer ready to move toward platform engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on technical projects, building and shipping features.
• Proficiency with TypeScript stack (Express, NestJS, React); Python is a bonus.
• Experience in platform infrastructure (Kubernetes, helmcharts, Docker, AWS commands).
• GovCon/federal familiarity with US public-sector workflows or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Support US-specific infrastructure as part of a team, including on-call rotations.
• Build and maintain application infrastructure (auth, RBAC, logging, monitoring).
• Improve the developer experience (deployment pipelines, tooling).
• Collaborate with the wider engineering team on improvements and projects.
