Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize platforms for transactional and marketing email journeys.
• Translate business and product needs into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and integration problems across digital products.
• Work with APIs, webhooks, data feeds, and integrations between enterprise systems.
• Analyze data and system behavior to identify root causes and solve problems.
• Support projects through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Participate in incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Document platform configurations, technical solutions, and support processes.
• Collaborate with product managers and business teams across departments and geographies.
• Grow into trusted technical owner of assigned platforms.
