Job summary
Hudson IT and Manpower in Atlanta, GA is seeking a senior platform engineer to own and govern the enterprise CI/CD and delivery tooling. You will lead architecture decisions for pipelines, security integration, and cost-aware cloud practices onsite from day one.
The role requires hands-on experience with Harness and multi-tool CI/CD stacks, alongside governance of API and cloud-native patterns. This is a 12+ months contract with onsite work from Day 1.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering or platform engineering with architecture leadership.
- Experience in payments/fintech or regulated transaction processing.
- Ownership of an enterprise CI/CD platform beyond usage.
- RBAC design, secrets management, and multi-team governance experience.
- Experience with Harness, GitLab, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions with Argo or Spinnaker at scale.
- Ability to influence technical direction and communicate trade-offs to executives.
Responsibilities
- Own the Harness platform, including architecture, governance, and vendor relationships.
- Define reusable CI/CD templates, shared libraries, and build-time targets.
- Define secure AI guidelines and governance for AI-generated code.
- Establish policy-as-code standards for pipeline governance.
