Job summary

Hudson Manpower Inc. seeks an experienced Platform Engineering Lead to own the enterprise delivery platform and drive CI/CD strategy. You will shape architecture, RBAC, governance, and adoption roadmaps while coordinating with security and finance to ensure compliant delivery across regulated workloads.

The role requires expertise in Harness and modern CI/CD toolchains, as well as governance for AI in engineering workflows. Onsite from Day 1 in Atlanta, GA on a 6–12+ month contract.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or platform engineering.
• Experience in payments, fintech, merchant services, or a comparably regulated domain.
• Proven ownership of an enterprise CI/CD platform beyond simply using one.
• Strong experience with pipeline-as-code and RBAC design.
• Experience with Harness, GitLab, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions with Argo or Spinnaker, or Jenkins at scale.
• Experience integrating security scanning into delivery pipelines and policy gates.
• Understanding of engineering delivery metrics (DORA) and their limitations.
• Strong expertise in API and integration architecture (REST, async, events).
• Cloud-native architecture and Kubernetes in production.
• Ability to influence technical direction across teams and communicate trade-offs to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own Harness platform as the enterprise delivery platform, including architecture, configuration standards, RBAC, governance, and roadmap.
• Establish reusable CI templates, libraries, caching, and patterns to maintain target build times as the org scales.
• Define deployment strategies (canary, blue-green), GitOps workflows, environment promotion paths, and change-control evidence for regulated workloads.
• Integrate SAST, DAST, SCA, container and secrets scanning across pipelines with policy gates and remediation SLAs.
• Define engineering metrics (DORA, flow, lead time) and guardrails to identify system-level constraints.
• Implement cloud cost visibility, budgets, anomaly detection, and showback/chargeback models tied to architecture decisions.
• Establish policy-as-code standards to ensure pipeline governance is versioned, reviewable, auditable.
