Job summary

Inspiration Global is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain enterprise Harness CI/CD pipelines across cloud and on-prem environments. You will create reusable templates and deployment standards, and drive integration with Git, Kubernetes, and security tools.

The role emphasizes migrating legacy Jenkins pipelines to Harness, implementing automated deployment strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support large-scale DevOps initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience migrating Jenkins or other CI/CD pipelines to Harness.
Experience with Harness RBAC, governance, secrets, connectors, delegates, and reusable pipeline templates.
Experience with security platforms such as SonarQube, Snyk, Aqua, Prisma Cloud.
Experience with Nexus, JFrog Artifactory, or other artifact repositories.
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, or similar observability platforms.
Experience working in large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Harness CI/CD pipelines.
Develop reusable pipeline templates and deployment standards.
Integrate Harness with Git, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, artifact repositories, security tools, and monitoring platforms.
Migrate legacy Jenkins and other CI/CD pipelines to Harness.
Implement automated deployment, verification, rollback, and release strategies.
Troubleshoot build, deployment, infrastructure, and pipeline issues.
Establish CI/CD best practices and DevOps standards.
Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams.
Support enterprise DevOps and cloud transformation initiatives.
