Job summary

Insight Global in Orlando, FL is seeking a Platform Engineer to join the Guest Content Experience team. You will support web and mobile content experiences, understand the full content pipeline, and work with application teams to adjust configurations and data flows.

Day-to-day work blends technology, production support, and cross‑functional coordination to triage JSON responses, diagnose site issues, and manage updates, configurations, and break/fix requests for guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a technical role
• Experience with multiple CMS platforms
• Ability to read and interpret HTML, CSS, XML, JSON

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Content Experience team in web and mobile content workflows
• Triage configuration and data for websites and services
• Collaborate with development and content teams to resolve issues and drive improvements
• Manage website updates, break/fix requests and data-driven changes
