Anthropic is looking for experienced software engineers to join the Platform Ecosystem team within our Platform organization. You will drive 0→1 efforts from ideation through delivery, partnering with product, design, research, and forward-deployed engineers to shape strategy in new domains.

You’ll work across stacks, move quickly across domains, and ship products that unlock new categories of customers on Claude. We value ownership and turning ambiguity into high-quality software.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years as backend or platform engineer with frontend exposure.
• Strong product sense and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with integrating AI tools into software development.
• Ownership from design through deployment and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead 0→1 efforts from ideation to delivery across multiple stacks.
• Partner with product, design, research, and forward-deployed engineers.
• Shape strategy in new domains and build scalable Claude integrations.
