Job summary

Anthropic is seeking experienced software engineers to join the Platform Ecosystem team within our Platform organization. You will drive 0 → 1 efforts from ideation through delivery, partnering closely with product, design, research, and forward-deployed engineers to shape strategy in entirely new domains.

You’ll operate across stacks and translate ambiguous opportunities into high-quality, shipped products, landing where you’ll have the greatest impact and growth potential within the Ecosystem

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of backend or platform engineering experience, with some frontend exposure.
Strong product sense and ability to work with cross-functional partners to shape strategy in new domains.
Familiarity with using AI tools as part of the software development process.
