Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering for enterprise-scale platforms.
• 4+ years as lead architect or engineering lead.
• 2+ years developing AI agents and orchestration.
• Experience with regulated enterprise environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, Co-Pilot.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical architecture for the CXM platform.
• Lead shared service integration and scalable adoption for enterprise use.
• Build reusable SDKs, APIs, and developer platforms across pods.
• Drive governance, observability, and platform operations.
