Job summary
Quest for Justice seeks a senior software engineer to work on the LeanCourt product. The role focuses on outcomes for real users, not the exact tools, and you’ll partner with a Platform Operator to own implementation, automation, and developer experience.
You’ll also talk with customers directly and influence the roadmap and design decisions to improve user experience. Our platforms turn successful applications into reusable tools, enabling rapid creation of new jurisdictions, markets, and use
Qualifications
- Senior software developer with platform-building experience.
- Experience with web apps, APIs, SQL, and DB design.
- Ability to work independently with ownership.
- Strong communication with non-technical customers.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain platform capabilities, frameworks, and reusable components.
- Find opportunities to simplify, automate, and accelerate platform development.
- Shape the roadmap with the Platform Operator and suggest better solutions.
- Ship features end to end from problem understanding to production.
- Improve platform usability, maintainability, and developer experience.
- Turn successful apps into reusable platforms for new jurisdictions.
- Work with customers and experts to understand requirements.
- Test, deploy, and support platform features; participate in code reviews.
