Docflow Labs Inc. in Los Angeles is hiring an early engineer to join the CTO and own the platform that ingests documents, runs long-running workflows, and exposes a fast web UI. This true full-stack role spans from the database to the backend, workflow engine, and frontend.

We value well-typed, reliable code and care deeply about correctness in asynchronous systems. You will build scalable, browser-automation-enabled workflows for healthcare data, and help shape engineering standards as the team

Qualifications

• Professional experience shipping production web applications end-to-end.
• Deep TypeScript proficiency with precise types.
• Strong discipline for correctness in asynchronous/concurrent systems.
• Experience across relational databases, backend services, and modern UI.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and managed infra.
• High standards for readable, maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• Ship features across the full stack from DB to UI.
• Build long-running, reliable, resumable workflows.
• Develop browser automation interacting with external systems.
• Define deployment/versioning rails for safe changes.
• Design precise domain models and APIs.
• Maintain production system handling sensitive health data.
