Docflow Labs Inc is building AI agents that automate back-office workflows for healthcare providers. This engineering role blends product and customer exposure, standing up new workflows with the sales team, keeping live pipelines healthy, and owning the QA product.

Qualifications

• Real professional software engineering experience with production code.
• Strong TypeScript or equivalent typed language experience.
• Ability to read unfamiliar code quickly written by others or agents.
• Instinct to automate own work; start manual, then automate.
• Genuine interest in complex real-world processes like prior authorizations and payer rules.
• Customer-centered mindset; decisions focus on customer impact.
• Willingness to work in-office five days a week, with possible evenings/weekends for critical issues.

Responsibilities

• Build out new customer workflows with the account executive to meet live needs.
• Support live customer workflows: fix issues and eliminate root causes.
• Own the QA product: review agent flags and improve accuracy.
• Manage deployment changes: ensure correct behavior and safe rollbacks.
