Job summary

Docflow Labs Inc. is hiring an early engineer to join the core product team in Los Angeles. You will work directly with the CTO on building the platform engine, a system that ingests documents, orchestrates long-running workflows, and drives browser automation across external portals, all within a fast, modern web app.

This true full-stack role spans from database to backend, workflow engine, and UI. We value clean, well-typed code and reliability for sensitive health data in production.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience building and shipping production web applications end to end.
• Deep TypeScript proficiency and precise typing to prevent invalid states.
• Care for correctness in asynchronous and concurrent systems.
• Comfort across the stack: databases, backend services, and modern UI.
• Focus on readable, maintainable code with minimal complexity.

Responsibilities

• Ship features across the full stack from database schema to UI.
• Build and maintain long-running asynchronous workflows that are reliable and resumable.
• Work on browser automation that integrates with external systems.
• Establish deployment and versioning rails to ship changes safely.
• Design precise domain models and APIs that resist misuse.
• Maintain production system handling sensitive data with reliability.
• Collaborate with CTO to set engineering standards for the team.
