Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale platforms.
• 4+ years as lead architect or engineering lead for platform architecture.
• 2+ years developing AI agents and orchestration platforms.
• Experience with regulated enterprise environments.
• Proven track record building reusable platforms and SDKs.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the CXM platform architecture for Customer Service.
• Lead integration of shared services and runtime capabilities.
• Build frameworks, APIs, and developer platforms for CXM adoption.
• Define governance, observability, and security for AI capabilities.
• Ensure interoperability with Microsoft Dynamics and other enterprise platforms.
