Qualifications

Expert-level Jira Administration experience — deep, hands‑on ownership of Jira at scale.
5+ years of technical program or engineering operations experience.
Advanced skills in Databricks and Power BI including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Jira administrator, owning workflows, automation rules, and governance.
Design and maintain scalable Jira configurations supporting Agile and SDLC processes.
Build and maintain Databricks and Power BI dashboards tracking engineering metrics.
