ICF is seeking a Delivery Manager for the Summit Platform Enablement & Customer Solutions team. This role supports cloud-based data and AI modernization for federal clients, coordinating training, enablement, demonstrations, and post-provisioning support.

Remote role with a strong preference for candidates in the Washington DC Metro Area and occasional onsite client meetings in Washington, DC. Requires federal experience and a background in data analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• Citizenship and US work eligibility required.
• Reside in the US and perform work in the US.
• 3 years of US-based residency in the last 5 years.
• Bachelor's degree (or high school + 4 years experience) in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.

Responsabilités

• Manages the Platform Enablement & Customer Solutions pod and leads delivery of Summit-specific training, enablement, demonstrations, and post-provisioning support.
• Coordinates workload, delivery commitments, escalations, and adoption outcomes across writers, engineers, and the Application/BI Engineer.
• Partners with Service Designer, Lifecycle Operations Manager, Product Manager, and technical teams to remove adoption barriers and drive value.
• Apply technical enablement, customer success, training delivery, workload management, and cross-team escalation to support role delivery.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, security, governance, quality, and customer-facing stakeholders as required.
• Document work products, decisions, risks, and delivery evidence for traceability and improvement.
